Touch not working/Starboard not connected
Depending on your Starboard model the solutions may vary.
If your Starboard model is the FXTrio,
1a. Please try cleaning the touch sensor at the top of the board, and the reflective tape on the edges.
2a. Then make sure all, if any, stickers are completely flat on the board. Tape down any lifting edges.
3a. Please make sure the touch sensor cable is connected to the computer in a blue USB 3.0 port The cable comes from the back of the touch sensor at the top of the board.
If your Starboard model is the FX-79
1b. Please try cleaning the touch sensor on all edges of the board.
2b. Then make sure all, if any, stickers are completely flat on the board. Tape down any lifting edges.
3b. Please make sure the touch sensor cable is connected to the computer in a blue USB 3.0 port The cable comes from the back and bottom left or top right of the board
If your Starboard model is the TE-SN(new touch display, no projector)
1c. Please make sure the touch sensor cable is connected to the computer in a blue USB 3.0 port The cable comes from a port labeled (Touch Port) on the side or bottom of the display
If the cable is already plugged into this port please unplug it, and plug it back in. The Starboard program should not say "Starboard Not Connected" if the program is able to see the board is connected.
When in the starboard program, if touch looks like it is working but you are not able to write with the marker, tap one of the marker quick access icons on the side of the Starboard and test drawing again.
