N-Drive Mapping and Troubleshooting
N-Drive mapping officially qualifies as a hardware-related request which we no longer support but we can provide some baseline instructions to try to overcome the problem.
Mapping issues are often related to password changes or mismatches between computer workgroups. If there were recent changes to the computer's networking or the center's primary user profile, please verify that all computers have matching passwords and workgroups. If connectivity is not restored after these changes are confirmed, a deeper diagnostic will need to be performed by your local IT tech.
