The error message 'TRAN NOT PERMITTED' indicates that a transaction using the same payment method was attempted within 15 minutes of a previous transaction.
This is a limit set by BluePay, and our system has been configured to adhere to this restriction. This also applies if a payment was declined and attempted again within 15 minutes; the system will block the second attempt.
