Reset Network Controller DNS Setting
If your LEAP computer if not able to receive internet connection even when connected to WiFi or an Ethernet cable, please try these steps to reset your network controller's DNS setting.
1. When signed into the TLEadmin account, open the Control Panel and then open Network and Sharing Center. Next click on Change Adapter Settings.
2. Right click on the WiFi controller and select properties.
3. In the WiFi properties window, select the item Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties
4. Then in the IPv4 properties window, select Obtain an IP Address Automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically.
Then click OK then close the WiFi properties window then restart your computer.
After following these steps, please connect to WiFi
