Emails automatically going to deleted or not receiving new emails

***If your center email account was compromised recently , there is a strong chance the hacker set up a rule that will prevent you from getting new emails***

1. Log into outlook.office.com

2. Click on settings (The Icon)

3. Click on view all outlook settings at the bottom

4. Click on Mail>Rules>

5. You will see something like this

Make sure you turn it off and delete the rule

Then send a test email to yourself and see if it works.
