Restarting Door system
If you look in the room with your modem, there will be a box labeled 192.168.1.20 or 120 or 220. Or it could labeled 10.1.10.20 or 120 or 220. Please pull the power cord from that and plug it back in

There will also be a small 5 port network switch box that looks like this. Pull out the power cable and plug it back in
Once you do that, please try the door access system in 10 minutes and see if that helps with any issues of keyfobs or phones not working.
