FIS Enrollment Form Missing Discount, Agency, and Early/Late Care

Currently, the form doesn't support automatic inclusion of discounts. You'll need to manually input any applicable discounts and notify the parent accordingly.

Additionally, the form will only display the tuition amount as the total monthly responsibility. If the parent prefers to have the weekly, or semi-monthly rate shown, you'll need to indicate this manually.

All other information on the form is populated from your core preferences and billing items. If you encounter any issues with fields not auto-populating, please inform us, excluding the discounts which require manual input.
