CCTV Mobile APP Setup - ICRealtime

The ICView+ mobile app allows users to remotely access their IC Realtime CCTV system. Follow these steps to set up the app on your mobile device.

Step 1: Download the ICView+ App

iPhone: Download the app from the App Store.
Android: Download the app from the Google Play Store.

Step 2: Initial Setup

Open the ICView+ app.
When prompted, allow network access by selecting Yes or Allow.
Choose United States (US) as the country.

Step 3: Add a New Device

Tap the plus (+) sign at the top of the screen.
Select IP/Domain as the connection method.

Step 4: Enter Device Information

Fill in the required details to connect to your CCTV system:

Address: Enter the IP addressof the CCTV system.
- If connecting from outside the center, use the external IP address. You can contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to obtain this address.
Device Name: Assign a recognizable name to your device.
Username: Enter the admin username provided for your system.
Password: Enter the admin password provided for your system.

Step 5: Save and Connect

Save your settings.
Select the newly added device to start viewing the live feed.
